Education

Wabamun is served by both public and separate school systems. Public schools are administered through the Parkland School system, with Wabamun School serving kindergarten to grade nine students. The Catholic school system is administered through the Evergreen Roman Catholic School Division. Bus service is available for both public and separate school children to several choices and areas for grades 1 to 12.

The Village of Wabamun is 45 minutes from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, 50 minutes from the University of Alberta, and within a 40 minute drive to Grant MacEwan Community College.
