Wabamun Arena

The Wabamun Arena is home to a variety of activities, including public skating, the Fun Hockey program, shinny hockey, and Minor Hockey. Private rental opportunities are also available (please see below for available ice slots and prices).

Public skating runs throughout the season on Mondays from 6:15 - 7:45 p.m., and Friday's from 6:45 - 8:45 p.m. Drop-in cost is only $2.00. We also offer individual season passes for $25.00/person, and a $50.00 family pass (immediate family only). Passes are available at the Arena or the Village Office.

For a quieter skating session, try our Parents, Tots, & Seniors skate on Friday's from 5:30 - 6:30. COst is $2.00/adult, or free with your skating pass.

Like all good Canadians, the people of Wabamun love their hockey. Our fully upgraded arena is a hotbed of action in the cold winter months, hosting local teams of all ages as they face off against adversaries from nearby communities. Our dedicated minor hockey group works hard to ensure everyone gets a chance to have fun playing the sport they love.

Ice Rentals:
      - Minor Hockey $105.00/hr.
      - Adult $125.00/hr.
